No Problem, you have two choices. You can call us and get the cable you need (most cables are in stock and can be shipped to you overnight, or you can use the universal cable that comes with the unit. In manual mode, the unit allows you to select the vehicle and system, then displays a drawing of the connector. From there just connect the clips to the connector pin. Note: In a limited number of cases, some functions may not be accessible using universal cable, model specific.
YES, we offer up-dates on a yearly basis, in most cases we are normally 12-months behind the release of new models and functions. In many cases the manufacturer will not make any changes to their systems so the unit continues to work with the new model years.

YES, but as you can see this is not an inexpensive product, that is why we sell mostly to motorcycle repair facilities. For them it is much easier to justify the cost of the unit, especially when you consider the cost of factory scan tools. Most independent repair facilities don’t have access to the factory tools, this is normally reserved for franchise dealerships. The other issue is the cost, this unit easily replaces upwards of $50,000 worth of factory tools.
